BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

SEPTEMBER 17, 2009

MINUTES

 

 

 

The Board of Directors of Juniper Bay held its meeting on September 17, 2009, at the Lutheran Church.  The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.  Present were Ed Jozwiak, Jay Vitulli, and Stan Dudziak.  Also present was Len Leighton of Seaboard Arbors.  The minutes of the May 28, 2009 meeting were approved as written.  The Treasurer reported that expenses are approximately $2,875 below budget as of August 25, 2009.

 

Violation letters will be sent to lots 12 (boat), 14 (rain barrel), 26 (satellite dish), and lot 63 (lawn).  A letter will be sent to lot 16, requesting additional time to review request for a fence, and to lot 60 to submit an application for approval of front door painting.

 

Ed Jozwiak reported that Phase IV will provide additional entry landscaping bids in October.

 

Ed Jozwiak moved to mail the proposed 2010 budget with the annual meeting notice, and to recommend that the membership waive the requirement for a compiled financial report.  Stan Dudziak seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

 

The Board terms are expiring for Ed Jozwiak, Stand Dudziak and John Carpenter.  All agreed to be nominated at the annual meeting on November 19, 2009.

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:07 P.M.
