BORD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

NOVEMBER 19, 2009

MINUTES

The Board of Directors of Juniper Bay held its meeting on November 19, 2009 at the Lutheran Church immediately following the adjournment of the annual meeting.

The following officers were elected:

President Ed Jozwiak

Vice President John Carpenter

Secretary/Treasurer Stan Dudziak

Stan Dudziak moved to approve the proposed 2010 budget. Jay Vitulli seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

Architectural Control Committee

1. Lot #95 – Solar panels approved

2. Lot #60 – Committee to inspect and advise.

3. Lot #4 – Paint colors approved

4. Lot #16 – Committee to inspect and advise.

5. Lot #46 – Committee to inspect and advise.

There being no further business, the meting was adjourned at 7:39 P.M.
