BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

NOVEMBER 15, 2007

MINUTES

The Board of Directors held its annual meeting on November 15, 2007 immediately upon the adjournment of the annual meeting.

The following officers were elected:

President - Ed Jozwiak

Vice President - John Carpenter

Secretary\Treasurer - Stan Dudziak

ACC Chairman - John Carpenter

LMA Delegate - Ed Jozwiak

Doug Jacke moved to approve the 2008 budget ($134,010). Jay Vitulli seconded the motion which was approved unanimously.

Meetings scheduled for 2008: January 17, March 20, May 15, September 18, October 16, and November 20.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
