BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

MAY 15, 2008

MINUTES

The Board of Directors of Juniper Bay held its meeting on May 15, 2008 at the Lutheran Church. Present were Ed Jozwiak, John Carpenter, and Jay Vitulli. Also present was Len Leighton of Seaboard Arbors. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. The minutes of the March 20, 2008 meeting were approved as written.

Follow up letters for deed restriction violations were discussed.

Ed Jozwiak moved to approve collection action against the owner of Lot #20 for the pond clean-up expenses due to the negligence of his pool contractor. John Carpenter seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:35 P.M.
