BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
MARCH 20, 2008
MINUTES
The
Board of Directors of Juniper Bay held its meeting on March 30, 2008 at the
Lutheran Church. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present were Ed Jozwiak, Stan Dudziak, Jay
Vitulli, and John Carpenter. Also
present was Len Leighton of Seaboard Arbors.
The minutes of the January 17, 2008 meeting were approved as written.
GROUNDS:
1.
Shrubs
will be added to the gaps behind 4687 Juniper Drive
2.
Authorization
was granted to get the signs repainted at a cost not to exceed $2,100.
DEED RESTRICTIONS/MAILBOXES:
Inspections will be completed by March 25, 2008.
There being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
