BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

JUNE 28, 2007

MINUTES

 

 

 

The Board of Directors of Juniper Bay held its meeting on June 28, 2007 at the Lutheran Church.  Present were Ed Jozwiak, Stand Dudziak, Jay Vitulli, John Carpenter and Doug Jacke.  Also present was Len Leighton of Seaboard Arbors.  The minutes of the April 26, 2007 meeting were approved as written.

 

Stan Dudziak gave the Treasurer’s report.  There were no significant budget variances.

 

Architectural Control:

1.      Addition on lot 14 approved.

2.      Fence relocation on lot 3 approved.

3.      The Board reviewed changes to F.S. 720 governing architectural control.  Doug Jacke moved that “all permitted changes are those that have been previously approved, and all other changes are specifically prohibited.”  Ed Jozwiak seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

 

Grounds:

1.      The County Grant application in the amount of $5,300 has been approved.

2.      Ed Jozwiak moved to approve the Creative Mailbox and Sign Design bid in the amount of $2,033 to re-paint the entrance signs, subject to obtaining an agreement from Phase IV to reimburse 25%, and to have the work done in October.  Jay Vitulli seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

 

Ed Jozwiak and Doug Jacke will review the original list of deed restriction violations and advise Len Leighton of letters to be written.

 

The next meeting will be on September 20, 2007.

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
