BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
JANUARY 21, 2010
MINUTES
The
Board of Directors of Juniper Bay held its meeting on January 21, 2010 at the
Lutheran Church. Present were Ed
Jozwiak, Stan Dudziak, and Jay Vitulli.
Also present was Len Leighton of Seaboard Arbors. The meeting was called to order at 7:00
P.M. The minutes of the November 19,
2009 meeting were approved as written.
Stan Dudziak gave the Treasurer’s report indicating
an $1,840 surplus for 2009. Lots 35 and
77 are in mortgage foreclosure.
ARCHITECTURAL
CONTROL COMMITTEE
The Lot #46 fence request is still under review.
GROUNDS
1.
Cost
estimate for correcting the median plants will be obtained after the 2010
landscaping project is completed.
2.
In
Touch will be requested to provide additional alternatives for missing vibernum
on the berm.
3.
Lansbrook
Master Association will be requested to look into the issue of coyotes.
There being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
