BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
JANUARY 17, 2008
MINUTES
The
Board of Directors of Juniper Bay held its meeting on January 17, 2008 at the
Lutheran Church. The meeting was called
to order at 7:00 P.M. Present was Ed Jozwiak,
Stan Dudziak, and Jay Vitulli. Also
present was Len Leighton of Seaboard Arbors.
The minutes of the November 15, 2007 meeting were approved as written.
Stan Dudziak gave the Treasurer’s report. As of December 25, 2007 there was $3,687.05
deficit primarily due to insurance payment cycles.
A letter will be sent to all owners advising them
that if they do not correct any mailbox painting discrepancies by February 29,
2008, the Association will have the painting done at a cost of $50.00 per mailbox
at each owner’s expense.
There being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
