ANNUAL MEETING

NOVEMBER 15, 2007

MINUTES

The Juniper Bay Homeowners Association held its annual meeting on November 15, 2007 at the Lutheran Church. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. A quorum was established. Proof of notice was provided. The minutes of the November 16, 2006 meeting were approved as read.

Ed Jozwiak, John Carpenter, and Stan Dudziak were nominated and elected to the Board by acclamation.

Discussion Items:

· 2008 budget was reviewed.

· Mailboxes – Community letter

Business Items:

· Doug Jacke moved to waive the requirement for compiled financial statements. Ed Jozwiak seconded the motion, which passed by a vote of 14 – 1.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
