ANNUAL MEETING

NOVEMBER 19, 2009

MINUTES

The Juniper Bay Homeowners Association held its annual meeting on November 19, 2009 at the Lutheran Church. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. A quorum was obtained. The minutes of the November 20, 2008 meeting were approved as written. Proof of notice was provided.

Stan Dudziak, John Carpenter and Ed Jozwiak were elected to the Board for 2 year terms.

Ed Jozwiak moved to waive the requirement for compiled financial statements for 2009. Stan Dudziak seconded the motion which passed unanimously.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
